Simple Turkey Bolognese


There is something that is just so right about Italian food, a glass of wine and friends.

For a simple but delicious dinner party dish, make our Turkey Bolognese. And pssst…using ground turkey keeps the recipe healthy so you can go crazy on the garlic bread.



  • Ground Turkey Meat (darker is better)
  • 1/2 of an Onion
  • 1 Jar of Marinara Sauce
  • Spaghetti Noodles
  • Minced Garlic
  • Oregano
  • Salt
  • Ground Pepper
  • Basil
  • Olive Oil
  • Grated Parmesan


In a sauce pan add 1 tbs of oil and saute the onion until it starts to welt. Add the garlic and sauté for another minute. Add in the turkey meat and cook until it is no longer pink. In the mean time, cook your noodles until they are al dente. Add in the marinara sauce to your cooked turkey meat and top it off with chopped basil. Add in a dash of salt and pepper, as well as a dash of oregano. Keep on low for 10 min (stir frequently).

When your sauce is finished, drain your pasta of the water, mix in the sauce and serve! This dish pairs well with a Merlot and of course some cheesy garlic bread. Top each pasta dish with grated Parmesan and enjoy!
