Jockeys, Juleps & all that Jazz
The ladies in their hats, the gents in their finest seersucker, the flowing mint juleps. There’s nothing quite like Derby Day and in Denver, there’s no better way to watch the run for the roses than at Jockeys, Juleps and Jazz. Now in its 4th year, Jockeys, Juleps and Jazz is the city’s premiere Derby party for those who wish to see, be seen and support an amazing cause. Benefiting MyLifeling.org, the event boasts all sorts of equine opulence – think decadent hors d’oeuvres, cocktails (Juleps included), an over-the-top live band, best-dressed awards, live and silent auctions and a simulcast viewing of the one and only Kentucky Derby. Held at the iconic Brown Palace, it’s the Mile High gal’s best way to channel Churchill Downs. What’s more, you’ll have the chance to clink and cheers the winners in our super-fab Reign Magazine Lounge, and each couple will leave with a gift bag fit for a king and queen.
Jockeys, Juleps and Jazz, benefiting MyLifeline.org, Saturday, May 3rd from 2 to 6 at the Brown Palace. Learn more at mylifelinederby.org
MyLifeLine.org Cancer Foundation provides private websites at no cost to cancer patients and caregivers so they can easily connect with family and friends during the treatment process, because we believe every patient should feel supported. Your support at the annual Denver Kentucky Derby Party allows us to serve more cancer fighters each year. In 2014 we were proud to serve over 40% more cancer fighters and their loved ones than we did in 2013.
